Background of Partners
Mohd Raimi bin Mohd Zaini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from MARA University of Technology (UiTM) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia on August 2012. He began his legal career as a pupil at Messrs Yong Dan Rakan Rakan, focusing on civil litigation. With over a decade of legal experience, he has held various roles across reputable legal firms and corporations. Previously, he practiced as a partner at Mazlifah & Partners, where he handled extensive banking litigation matters, including creditor petitions, enforcement proceedings, and high court hearings. He then served as a Legal Assistant in Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co. where he was responsible for banking litigation, handling execution proceeding and attending hearing, trial, land enquiry and auction in court, land office and online. On 1 June 2025, he established Messrs Raimi & Rahsidah and has been actively involved in banking litigation, including foreclosure, bankruptchy proceedings, and execution actions such as garnishee orders and writs of seizure and sale.
Rahsidah binti Johari is a holder of an Honours Degree in Law (LL.B) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) and continued her studies in Diploma in Islamic Judicial and Advocatory Practice (DIJAP) at Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM). She did her pupillage in the chambers of Messrs Patrick Dass & Co. During her pupillage, she gained knowledge on civil, contract law, and family matters. She was called to the Bar in February 2018 and was then employed in Messrs Mohd Anuar & Co. as a Legal Assistant in March 2018. In June 2025, she joined Messrs Raimi & Rahsidah as a partner and has been actively involved in Conveyancing, property and estate development.
